Awesome Wife, Supermom, Dessert Craftswoman, OwnerStacy’s passion for hospitality is rooted deeply in the love and dedication for her own four boys (five if you count Ian). A self-taught scientist in the kitchen, she is as comfortable with traditional recipes as she is the chemistry set of agar, invert sugar, and other modernest tools so long as the end result is something simple, elegant and heartfelt.

Retired Sommelier-Turned Chef, Pickle Lover, Salt Collector, TexanWith a bachelor’s in hospitality management, Ian worked in independent fine-dining in north Texas under his so called ‘big-three’ chef-mentors. While writing award-winning wine lists and cross-training in the kitchens he honed his skills on both sides of the restaurants he was blessed to be a part of.
