Our lunch menu highlights some of our personal favorite dishes from our original Sage In Bloom pop-up dinners and we serve these classics from 11am to 3pm every day.

Mondays & Tuesdays our dinner service is an ‘all-evening happy hour’ with a menu of small plates as well as wine and local beer specials. Bring the crew and sample a few bites over a bottle or two from our unique selections including wines spanning everything from daily sipping Torrontés & Barbera d’Asti to premier Cru Burgundy and Brunello di Montalcino.

Our dinner service Wednesday-Saturday is where we get to showcase the true bounty of the Panhandle. Our menus are prix fixe with the option of a 3-course house tasting for $65 our a 5-course chef’s tasting for $85. Wine pairings and other supplements are available!
